I CAN'T FIND YOUR COUPON BOX.
The coupon box is located in the upper right hand corner of the Customer Information and Shipping Information sections on desktop, and near the top of the Payment Method screen on mobile. If you still can't find it, please contact us and we can recreate your order and apply your discount.

WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?
- All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched.
- Most orders leave the warehouse within 7 days of payment.
- We will notify you by email when your items have shipped.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?
Depending on the item and where it is being sent, it typically takes anywhere from a couple days to four weeks from your order date to arrive. Orders going to addresses outside the US tend to take on the longer end of that average. Shipping may also be subject to delays at certain times of the year (typically in February and early October).

Be aware that our products often ship separately and your order will arrive in multiple packages.

If you need your order by a certain date, please contact us at support@mindyana.com in advance to confirm that we can meet your timeline.

WHAT SHIPPING METHOD DO YOU USE?
Your items will arrive via the United States Postal Service or, if outside the US, your country's national mail service. We strongly recommend that you ship your items to a secure location.

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?
Items ship from several different countries throughout the world, mainly the United States, United Kingdom, and China. Mindyana is run by a remote team that operates in different locations on the East coast of the US.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, for any reason. Please contact us at support@mindyana.com and let us know why you'd like to return the item. We will then send you instructions and the address for the right warehouse. We do not ask customers to return items to addresses outside the US.

MY PURCHASE IS A GIFT. COULD YOU OMIT THE RECEIPT IN THE PACKAGE?
We usually don't include a paper receipt in our packages. However, many of our packages will have a customs form affixed to the outside which will include the value of the item.

DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE DISCOUNTS?
Yes. Please email support@mindyana.com with the items you're thinking about ordering and someone will make special arrangements for you.
