Welcome to Mindyana: Perfect Equanimity!
This beautiful Mala bracelet is composed of 108 imitation sandalwood beads of different shades of color. It ends with an eternal lucky knot ( Shrivasta in Sanskrit) and 2 small silver Tibetan symbols.
The diameter of the beads is available in 6mm or 8mm. Length is approximately 70 cm (to be wound several times around your wrist or to be worn as a necklace).
The mâla (japa mala or mâla) is a Buddhist or Hindu rosary used among other things for the recitation of mantras. It is traditionally composed of 108 seeds or wooden pearls of various species.
During your meditation, grab your Mala bracelet in your hands, and count the beads one by one, each time you recite your mantra. This will help you stay present.
